Vanilla Keto Chia Pudding

This keto chia pudding recipe overtakes the norm though. With only 4 net grams of carbohydrates but 10 grams of protein, this easy breakfast is a surefire way to rev your system!

Ingredients You Need

one of three foods I think every toddler should have in their diet they’re so good! Make sure to use whole chia seeds and not ground.

Chia Seeds

Full fat coconut milk

Collagen powder

Vanilla

The purer your vanilla extra is the more potent the flavor. This is why I love Madagascar vanilla for special occasions.

Vanilla stevia or liquid stevia

the vanilla stevia gives it more flavor but any stevia will work. Personally, I use the liquid version but you can adjust to taste.

1. In a small jar or bowl whisk together all the ingredients. 2. Stir until no clumps remain. 3. Let sit for 5 minutes and stir again (or shake the jar). 4. Pop into the fridge and let sit overnight. 5. Enjoy
