Step 1

HOW TO MAKE IT

Grind the hazelnuts and mix together the dry ingredients.

Step 2

Mix in all the dry ingredients. Let sit so it can absorb.

Step 3

Place the dough into the fridge and the roll out flat. use cookie cutters to choose your shapes.

Step 4

Sprinkle with cane sugar and then bake. Afterwards, eat them as is or top with dairy-free icing.
