Chicken legs naturally give off a lot of liquid. This means that your slow cooker chicken drumsticks won’t stay totally dry. That’s okay though as the flavor from the rub seeps in and you end up with super juicy chicken.

Ingredients!

Step 1

In a cast iron pan, quickly sear the chicken legs over medium to high heat (about one minute per side)

Step 2

In a small bowl, combine the seasoning ingredients. Pour the seasoning over the drumsticks and toss until mostly coated.

Step 2

1. Spray your slow cooker lightly and place the drumsticks in evenly (not all on top of each other). 2. Cover and cook on low for 6 hours.
