Strawberry Lemonade Popsicles

The perfect summer snack that combines refreshing flavor and lots of fuel. These strawberry lemonade protein popsicles are a creamy blend of 5 ingredients and a great way to stay cool!

Dairy-free Gluten-free Paleo 8 grams of protein

Ingredients You’ll Need

Coconut yogurt Honey Frozen strawberries Lemon juice Collagen powder

1. In a blender or food processor, combine all the ingredients except for the strawberries and blend until mixed.

How To Make Protein Popsicles

2. Chop the frozen strawberries and place half of them on the bottom of the silicone popsicle mold.

3. Distribute the protein popsicle mixture over the strawberries, 4. Top with the remaining strawberries and freeze for four hours.

Once your popsicles are frozen, remove them from the mold and pop them into a large freezer bag (or container). This will ensure they last 4-6 weeks without looking too freezer burnt.
