Yogurt Filled Granola Cups (no dairy or gluten)

These homemade granola cups are a fun, individual snack for kiddos that’s easy to whip up.

Ingredients You’ll Need

– cashews raw, split – shredded coconut  – sunflower seeds – regular oats – coconut oil – maple syrup – egg whites – almond butter – dried berries – dairy-free yogurt – strawberries sliced

1. In a small bowl, add the cashew mixture, seeds, oats, and dried berries. 2. Melt the coconut oil ad add the remaining ingredients.

How To Make The Cupcakes

1. In a silicone mold, portion the granola mixture and use a silicone spoon to press the granola down into the mold. 2. Bake the granola cups and let them cool in the oven for five minutes.

Pop each granola cup out of the mold and evenly top them with a dollop of yogurt and a berry.

Tip The cups are soft coming out of the oven. Make sure to let them cool fully for thirty minutes before trying to pop them out of the molds.
