Protein Powder Fudge

This chocolate protein fudge is silky smooth in texture, dairy-free, and hits you with 5 grams of protein per square

– Easy to make (6 ingredients) – Moderately high in protein (5 grams!) – Dairy-free, gluten-free, paleo, and vegan – Smooth in texture with a rich chocolate flavor

In a small pot, melt the coconut oil, maple syrup, and nut butter on low.

Remove from heat and whisk in the dry ingredients.

Pour into a silicone baking loaf and top with chocolate chips. Pop in the freezer for one to two hours to set.
