Ingredients You’ll Need

This is what gives the protein fudge its silky texture. Opt for cold-pressed, virgin coconut oil when possible.

ake sure to use natural nut butter though and a fresh jar so that it blends best.

Coconut oil

Nut butter

Vegan protein powder

you can use vanilla or chocolate protein powder for the recipe. Know that the brand you choose will affect the flavor and texture of the high-protein fudge recipe.

Cacao powder

this powder is high in just about everything but not to be confused for cocoa powder. It helps give the fudge its rich chocolate taste.

Maple syrup

Make sure to opt for real maple syrup and not the man-made stuff for the best possible flavor.

Vanilla stevia

Depending on the flavor of your protein powder you may not need this but I find it adds just the right hint of indulgence.. without the calories of regular sugar!

1. In a small pot, melt the coconut oil, maple syrup, and nut butter on low. 2. Remove from heat and whisk in the dry ingredients. 3. Mix in the stevia until everything is smooth. 4. Pour into a silicone baking loaf and top with chocolate chips (if using). 5. Pop in the freezer for one to two hours to set.
