Slow Cooker Beef Fajitas (Gluten-Free)

The perfect recipe to come home to! These slow cooker beef fajitas are delicious no matter how you serve them.

If you’re looking for busy weeknight meals, there is no easier tool than the slow cooker. Call me old-fashioned but it is one of my favorites!

Ingredients You Need

to be honest, any beef will work here. Most commonly, I use stir fry beef strips because they’re on sale (hello, budget meals!). However, I have also used flank steak and cut it up. Because the beef stews for so long, even a tougher cut will work!

Steak strips

Bell peppers

choose any colors you like, these do get super soft from cookies so sometimes it’s nice to serve the slow cooker steak fajitas with some fresh on the side too.

Shredded carrot

I’m always looking to sneak more veggies into our meals so it’s a no-brainer to add in carrots here

Broth

you do need a tiny bit of broth for the recipe to fully get it’s flavor. Though beef broth makes sense, I actually use bone broth powder because it’s what I have on hand most often

Homemade fajita seasoning

a unique blend of spices you already have on hand that’ll bump up the flavor of the slow cooker beef fajitas.

How To Make Slow Cooker Beef Fajitas 1. Prep all your veggies. 2. Place the steak and veggies into the slow cooker. 3. Pour the broth and tomato sauce over the top. 4. Mix the homemade taco seasoning and sprinkle it on. 5. Mix all the ingredients and turn to low for 8 hours.
