Gluten-Free Beef And Broccoli Crockpot Recipe

Tender and juicy beef and broccoli all whipped up in the slow cooker. This gluten-free dinner recipe makes busy weeknights easier!

Prepped in the morning, and cooked to juicy perfection by nighttime, this crockpot beef and broccoli is a hit with everyone at the dinner table.

Ingredients You Need

make sure to cut the beef into chunks and trim off any fat.

Stewing beef

Soy sauce or tamari

Maple syrup

tamari is a unique gluten-free soy sauce but know that coconut aminos will work here also!

this adds a hint of sweetness to the beef. Make sure to use dark, real maple syrup in place of the corn syrup variety.

Broth

Both beef broth and chicken broth will work for the slow cooker beef recipe. I personally use bone broth powder because it’s the fastest.

Garlic

though fresh garlic is amazing, powdered garlic is what’s used because it takes less time.

Fresh broccoli florets

make sure to chop the broccoli into bite-sized pieces. However, don’t mince them or they’ll get mushy.

Sesame oil adding a delicious flavor to the sauce. Arrowroot powder you’ll add this in the last thirty minutes to thicken the sauce
