Ingredients

  • 1 banana
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 5 cups Old Fashioned Oats
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon flaxseed
  • 5 tablespoons Almond Butter
  • 2 tablespoons brown rice syrup
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 tablespoons shredded coconut

Instructions

  • In a bowl, mash bananas and vanilla extract until combined.
  • Add the honey, almond butter, and brown rice syrup into the banana and mix well.
  • Mix in the dry ingredients until everything looks sticky.
  • Let the mixture sit in the fridge for 30 minutes to set.
  • Line a board with parchment paper and grease your hands with coconut oil.
  • Portion and roll the mixture into small balls.
  • Place on the parchment paper and pop into the fridge until ready to eat.
