Cinnamon Banana Energy Balls
Keep snack time simple with these banana oatmeal energy balls! Made with healthy, fueling ingredients and no processed sugars, these banana energy bites make a great toddler snack
Servings 16 Balls
- 1 banana
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- 5 cups Old Fashioned Oats
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon flaxseed
- 5 tablespoons Almond Butter
- 2 tablespoons brown rice syrup
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 2 tablespoons shredded coconut
In a bowl, mash bananas and vanilla extract until combined.
Add the honey, almond butter, and brown rice syrup into the banana and mix well.
Mix in the dry ingredients until everything looks sticky.
Let the mixture sit in the fridge for 30 minutes to set.
Line a board with parchment paper and grease your hands with coconut oil.
Portion and roll the mixture into small balls.
Place on the parchment paper and pop into the fridge until ready to eat.
