Light, fluffy, and healthy this almond flour pancakes recipe makes the perfect breakfast! Whip up these almond flour pancakes for an indulgent weekend breakfast or have some on hand for quick mornings.

  • 2 cups almond meal
  • 3/4 cup oat flour
  • 1.5 tbs baking powder
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 eggs
  • 3/4 cup egg whites
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened apple sauce
  • 2 tbsp almond milk


  • Spray a pan with non-stick spray and heat over medium. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and whisk until mixed.
  • Pour batter into pan in pancake form pressing down as needed to make them even.
  • Cook covered for 6-8 minutes or until mostly heated through. Flip and finish cooking until golden brown.
  • Top with maple syrup and berries!


Tip: Let the edges of the pancakes get nice and golden brown before flipping. It keeps them soft!
The recipe makes 8 super thick fluffy pancakes or 9-10 smaller ones. Nutrition is based off nine pancakes.
