An easy, no-bake dessert perfect for warm weather. Minimal ingredients and a hit with kids!
Servings 5 servings
- 3 bananas
- 1/3 cup almond butter
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1 tbs coconut oil
- 3/4 cups chocolate chips mini
Slice your bananas and place half of them on a tray lined with parchment paper.
In a small bowl, whisk together the vanilla and almond butter.
Portion out the almond butter mixture onto the bananas and top each one with another banana to make a “sandwich”.
Place in the freezer for a moment.
In a small pot, heat the coconut oil and chocolate chips at low temperatures. Once mostly melted, remove from heat and stir to combine.
Carefully, dip the banana sandwiches one at a time into the chocolate and place them back on the parchment paper.
Freeze for thirty minutes or until you’re ready to enjoy it!
