Gluten-Free Cashew Cupcakes
A tasty cupcakes recipe to replace store-bought options! these gluten-free cupcakes are decadent but healthy.
Servings 8 cupcakes
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl.
Melt coconut oil. Whisk the eggs, cashew butter, honey, and maple syrup together
Pour wet into dry. Mix well. Add in the coconut oil and mix until everything is combined.
Portion into muffin cups.
Bake in the oven for 20-21 minutes. Until golden brown.
Remove from oven and let cool in pan. Top with paleo chocolate frosting
