  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl.
  • Melt coconut oil. Whisk the eggs, cashew butter, honey, and maple syrup together
  • Pour wet into dry. Mix well. Add in the coconut oil and mix until everything is combined.
  • Portion into muffin cups.
  • Bake in the oven for 20-21 minutes. Until golden brown.
  • Remove from oven and let cool in pan. Top with paleo chocolate frosting
