Ingredients

  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 cup kidney beans canned and rinsed or soaked and cooked
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp tahini
  • 1/4 lemon squeezed
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • 1/2 cup salsa

Instructions

  • In a food processor, blend all the ingredients except the salsa. Process until smooth.
  • Remove from the processor and stir in the salsa.
  • Chill in the fridge until ready to eat.

Notes

Recipe makes 1 cup worth of dip. Nutrition is based on one serving being roughly 1/4 cup.
