Ingredients In The Snowmen



  • In a medium bowl, combine the cacao powder and coconut. In a smaller bowl, whisk together all the liquid ingredients.

  • Pour wet into dry and mix. It will get sticky!
  • Add in the rice puffs and use your arm strength to mix until you have a giant sticky mess.

  • Get your setup ready. Line a board with parchment paper. Place the coconut milk powder into a deep bowl and prep the toppings.

  • Grease your hands with the coconut oil then, one by one roll portions of the mixture into balls (large, medium and small) to form snowmen. Once the snowmen are made, decorate with the toppings. IMAGE

  • Set in the fridge for 30 minutes to firm up and enjoy!
