  • High powered blender


  • 3/4 cup mango frozen
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 turmeric root small
  • 1 scoop collagen powder
  • 6 ice cubes
  • 3 tablespoons coconut milk
  • 1 tablespoon flaxmeal
  • 1/2 apple
  • 2/3 cup almond milk
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 tbs parsley


  • Prep (peel and slice) all your veggies and fruits.
    Carrots, parsley, turmeric and mango in measuring cups around a blender
  • Add everything to the blender and pour the milk in on top

  • Tip: if you don’t have an overly powerful blender, place all the liquids in first and then the produce- this makes it easier for the machine
  • Blend the contents, gradually increasing the speed. Slowly add in the water. Use a tamper if needed.
  • Blend until everything is smooth. Pour into glasses and enjoy!

  • If you want a brighter colored smoothie, omit the parsley. This will make the smoothie come out bright orange.
  • You may need to use a tamper to blend the smoothie depending on your blender.
