1tbsPlant-based milk(+1tsp) only use if using protein powder
In a large bowl, mash the banana with a fork until few lumps remain. Add in the dry ingredients and mix well (add the protein powder if using)
Add in the remaining wet ingredients and mix well until everything is combined. Let sit for five minutes.
Line a cutting board with parchment paper and use a trigger point ice cream scoop to portion out the mixture into balls. When you scoop, press down into the scoop with a spatula to get them to bind as best as possible. Place the bites onto the parchment paper and put the tray in the fridge.
Whisk the icing ingredients in a bowl and spoon into a Ziplock bag with the tip cut off. Remove the balls from the fridge and pipe the icing on.
Return to fridge for 1 hour until ready to eat.
