Dark Chocolate Pomegranate Bark (Paleo)
This chocolate pomegranate bark is simple to whip up and contains only seven real-food ingredients. It's a wickedly delicious, dark chocolate indulgence

- 1/3 cup coconut oil
- 1/8 cup cacao powder
- ¼ cup pomegranate arils
- 2 tablespoon cacao butter
- 1/8 cup honey
- 1/8 tsp sea salt
In a small pot, heat the coconut oil, honey, cacao butter and syrup over low heat. Turn the heat off as soon as melted.
While heating, line an 8/8 pan with parchment paper.
Once melted, whisk in the cacao powder until no clumps remain.
Stir in the pomegranate seeds.
Pour the mixture into the lined baking pan making sure the pomegranates are spread out evenly.
Sprinkle the seat salt over top of the mixture and pop into the freezer for thirty minutes.
When ready to eat, break apart the bark and enjoy!
