Dark Chocolate Pomegranate Bark (Paleo)

This chocolate pomegranate bark is simple to whip up and contains only seven real-food ingredients. It's a wickedly delicious, dark chocolate indulgence

Equipment

  • Small pot
  • Parchment paper

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup coconut oil
  • 1/8 cup cacao powder
  • ¼ cup pomegranate arils
  • 2 tablespoon cacao butter
  • 1/8 cup honey
  • 1/8 tsp sea salt

Instructions

  • In a small pot, heat the coconut oil, honey, cacao butter and syrup over low heat. Turn the heat off as soon as melted.
  • While heating, line an 8/8 pan with parchment paper.
  • Once melted, whisk in the cacao powder until no clumps remain.
  • Stir in the pomegranate seeds.
  • Pour the mixture into the lined baking pan making sure the pomegranates are spread out evenly.
  • Sprinkle the seat salt over top of the mixture and pop into the freezer for thirty minutes.
  • When ready to eat, break apart the bark and enjoy!
