in a powerful blender, grind the oats into a flour being sure to leave some oats intact for texture.
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
In a large bowl, combine the oats, chia seeds, baking powder, and coconut flour in a bowl.
In a microwave-safe dish, heat the berries and coconut oil until berries are mostly thawed.
Use a fork to mash the berries until chunky.
Whisk together the stevia, almond butter, and maple syrup.
Pour the syrup mixture into the dry mixture and stir.
Add in the berry and oil mixture and mix until coated. Finally, add in the egg and whisk until everything is sticky.
Let sit on the counter for 6-10 minutes (this allows the chia seeds and coconut flour to absorb the liquid and helps bind).
Prepare your donut tray. Portion the mixture into the donut tray and bake for 12 minutes.
Rotate the pan and bake for 6-7 more minutes.
Remove from the oven and let cool for forty five minutes in the tray before removing.
