Superfood Homemade Energy Balls

Vegan, gluten free and no bake these homemade energy balls are an easy snack. They're filled with health promoting superfoods and easy to make!

  1. Soak the dates in warm water to make them easier to blend.
  2. In a powerful blender, blend the dates and syrup until a paste forms.
  3. Place the remaining ingredients in a large bowl.
  4. Add in the date paste and (using your muscles!) mix until combines.
  5. Roll some coconut oil onto your hands (to prevent sticking) and line a tray with parchment paper.
  6. Using your hands, roll the mixture into balls (about 12-14)
  7. Place the balls on the parchment paper and place into the freezer for thirty minutes.
  8. When ready to eat, you can grab them right out of the freezer or let them thaw for a first minutes first.
