Dairy-Free White Chocolate Fudge (6 ingredients, gluten-free, paleo)

Only six ingredients in this dairy-free white chocolate fudge and boy is it indulgent! This healthy fudge recipe is also gluten-free and dairy-free but can be made keto as well! Minimal sweeteners are used in white chocolate fudge recipe making it the perfect treat!

This dairy-free white chocolate fudge helps curb cravings and allows you to indulge without any guilt! The portions are small because this healthy fudge recipe is decadent.

In fact, though this white chocolate fudge is indulgent, it contains minimal sugars! Sweetened with a bit of honey and chocolate chips (optional), this healthy dessert is the perfect solution to a chocolate fix.

How To Make The Dairy-Free White Chocolate Fudge

There are minimal ingredients in this healthy fudge recipe and it comes together quickly! Of those ingredients, three of those are fats!

Healthy fats are important because:

  • help stimulate both the brain and the nervous system
  • they help reduce inflammation
  • they can help lower disease risk
  • they’re crucial for developing kids
Learn more about healthy fats and how they fit into your diet.

Like everything thing food-related though, there are good and bad fats. This dairy-free white chocolate fudge recipe uses healthy fats that not only provide some health benefits but give you that indulgent feeling as well.

Is The White Chocolate Fudge Sugar-Free?

No. This white chocolate fudge recipe does contain both honey and a tiny bit of chocolate chips.

One of the biggest perks of homemade white chocolate fudge is being able to control the sugar content (here’s some tips on reducing sugar).

Since sugar can wreak havoc on everything to your weight, your enzymes, and your blood glucose levels, it’s always something to be aware of.

My preference is to always use honey when possible as it also comes with a few other perks (if you use local honey it helps adjust your system to that year’s pollen!).

In addition to the honey, this recipe uses enjoy life chocolate chips which is one of my favorite brands as the chocolate chips are dairy-free! One of the hardest swaps when trying to eliminate dairy is altering chocolate. Enjoy life makes allergy-friendly foods that taste amazing.

How To Store The Healthy Fudge Recipe

Once the fudge has hardened, it is stored best in the freezer. One of the ingredients in the chocolate fudge is coconut oil. Since coconut oil begins to soften at room temperature, so will the fudge.

And while you can store this dairy-free white chocolate fudge in the fridge, I’ve found it becomes too soft.

If stored in the freezer it can actually be eaten right out of the freezer however it tastes best if you let it thaw for 3-5 minutes at room temperature.

Can I Use This White Chocolate Fudge Recipe On A Keto Diet?

Yes, you can! While this dairy-free white chocolate fudge contains lots of healthy fats, it does also contain some sugars.

If you are following a keto diet, eliminate the chocolate chips in the recipe. If you make 7 squares of the white chocolate, each square will have a carb count of 7g.

When To Use The Dairy-Free White Chocolate Fudge

This healthy fudge recipe is perfect any time of the year but it’s even better during the Holidays!

Naturally, there’s a bit more indulgence around Christmas time and having something decadent but homemade is always my choice of action.

I personally whip up a batch of this white chocolate fudge as well as my salted peppermint chocolate fudge to have on hand during the season.

Not only do I use these for myself but they’re great to have in the freezer when company drops by unexpectedly!
