The FLUFFIEST Protein Pancake Recipe

Looking to kickstart your day with both fuel and indulgence?  These dairy-free protein pancakes are light, fluffy, and can be flavored any way you like them (though we all know chocolate chip is the best)

– High in protein (39 grams) – Dairy-free and gluten-free – Easy – Can be reheated making them a great meal prep recipe

1. Combine all ingredients except chocolate chips in a medium-sized bowl.

Mix well and add in chocolate chips..

1Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat (or slightly above) and portion the protein pancakes batter. 2 Cover the pan and cook for 5-8 minutes until they’re starting to bubble.

Quick Tip

Use mini chocolate chips as they distribute in the pancake batter better. Greek yogurt hasn’t been tested in this protein pancakes recipe and may make the batter too thick. Stick to regular.
