It's OkaY if it doesn't feel easy

Whether you're just learning to run, training for a half marathon, or even planning on one day running a full marathon these beginner running tips will get you started on your journey.

Though it may seem basic, getting started when it doesn't feel natural is HARD. Use these tips to start off RIGHT.

Have a plan but scale up. The couch to 5km app is wonderful.

Tip #1: Start Slowly

Good shoes can make or break you.

Tip #2: Running Shoes

You need to be strong to run so that you'll have less injury risk.

Tip #3: Be Strong

Stretching is great but foam rolling the calves and quads will help immensely.
