If you’re sick of asking what’s for dinner tonight, this one is for you. With only seven ingredients it’s a dinner recipe that whips up quick and will soon become one of your new weeknight staples. After just 15 minutes you have tender, juicy pieces of chicken coated in a sticky, tangy teriyaki sauce that’s a even a hit with kids.

The base

Stir fry the chicken breast and cook for about 3 minutes.

The Sauce

Mix the soy sauce, brown sugar, rice vinegar and garlic. Pour in the skillet. Stir and cook for 1 minute.

Finish it off

Add the broccoli and stir. Cook for 2 minutes. Remove from the heat and serve.

Quick Tip

Make it paleo: opt for coconut aminos in place of soy sauce and coconut palm sugar or maple syrup for the brown sugar.
