The Best Time Of Day To Workout
Getting into the habit of a workout routine can be tricky. And normally by the end of the day, you’re tired, sluggish, and putting off ramping up to get a workout in.
Which is why I truly believe that evening workouts are not the best option.
If you want to make stay consistent, rock your workouts, and amp up your energy, try working out in the morning.

It’s definitely not a popular opinion when you tell me, people, to try working out in the morning but making the swap is so worth it!
Morning workouts help:
- energize you for the day
- feel accomplished
- you stay consistent
Instead of dreading your workout all day long and skipping it more often than not, get it done first thing in the morning.
This doesn’t mean you need to get up at 4 am to hit the gym. I find that when people are short on time they tend to push harder. So, aim for a 20-minute, quality workout to get your body set up for the day.
Grab some coffee and get your sweat on!
My goal for you this week is to give it a try! Try getting up just thirty minutes earlier and slotting your workout into your morning routine just a few days a week. See how you feel and note what you like and dislike.
Remember, more often than not it’s not the early morning causing the issue… it’s the late-night 😉
