Episode 3- Tips & Tricks To Go Dairy-Free

In this episode, I’m sharing my personal journey towards being dairy-free. How and why it came about and my biggest tips on navigating day to day life without dairy (and yes, no cheese!) I’ll be chatting out the alarming rate of people who cannot tolerate dairy as well as symptoms you may be experiencing. Lastly, I’ll be giving out many of the brands and swaps I use to help in social situations and general enjoyment.
