Ever feel yourself getting crabby for no reason? You literally woke up that way? This happens to me far more than I’d like to admit! But you can change it! The first step towards changing anything is, to be honest with yourself and acknowledge you need to change your mood. But listen in to today’s 5-minute Monday episode to learn how to snap out of it.

The other week I woke up crappy AF. Really, just mad at the world. It’s taken me a long time to learn that normally I have something underlying going on. I’m not just in a bad mood I just haven’t figured out what is really bugging me.
So, I grabbed my pup and went out for a solo walk (a rare thing with two littles!). And as I walked, I began to sort through my sh*t. I came back a better mom, a better wife, and had a better day.
You can change your mood but you need to want to change it. You need to be honest with yourself about what’s really bugging you and why you’re not at your best.
