PLUS, Bonus Tips to make healthy eating that much easier
Hi, I’m Shelby, the creator of the Fit As A Mama Bear blog. A blog dedicated to providing fitness, health and parenting advice to moms. And with health comes food! I’m a chronic foodie but when it comes to dinner time I needed fast simple and nutritious meals. I created this cookbook for all the mamas out there just like myself.
I believe that food has the ability to both heal and fuel. In order for food and our bodies to do our jobs, we need to focus on quality before anything else. However, as a mama, I definitely don’t have all day to play around in the kitchen making dinner. Which is why all thirty recipes in this cookbook can be made in thirty minutes or less.
Enjoy quality nutritious meals and minimize the time – sounds too good to be true right? ?
All but 7 recipes are exclusive to the eCookbook. That’s 23 recipes that will never be posted on Fit As A Mama Bear!
