Blueberry Protein Waffles (No Dairy!)

Made with protein powder and almond flour to keep them dairy-free and gluten-free, with 20 grams of protein they’re a breakfast that will keep you full for hours.

Naturally, these protein waffles are dairy-free and gluten-free though they can be made paleo and grain-free depending on the protein powder you choose.

The Base

Combine all the wet and dry ingredients together.

Mix well and add in the frozen blueberries.

Top It

Portion the waffle batter into a waffle iron and cook through.

Meal Prepping

Cooking: if you know you’re making these in advance, only cook the waffles until they’re soft, not crispy. Store: let them cool fully and store them in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
