Spread the potatoes onto the pan and drizzle them with oil, garlic, salt and pepper before baking for 15 minutes.

Toss the asparagus and the chicken chicken in a bowl with fresh lemon juice, salt, pepper, and garlic.

Transfer the chicken and asparagus to the pan with the potatoes and spread it all out evenly.
I adore garlic so I like to add a few cloves of garlic to the pan when I roast the potatoes initially. Likewise, if you LOVE lemon, grate some lemon zest over the pan before baking.
