High Protein Peanut Butter Fudge

This high protein peanut butter fudge will be hard to put down. A freezer fudge recipe that requires no tempering but makes the perfect midday treat.

Makes an easy treat when you’re craving something sweet. It’s lightly salted and has all the silky feel of fudge but without all the work.

Combine

Combine the coconut oil, peanut butter, and honey in a small pot.

Wisk

Quickly whisk in the collagen powder and then the coconut cream.

Freeze

Portion into silicone molds and pop in the freezer for 2 hours.

Make sure to heat the ingredients on low and be patient. Otherwise, the peanut butter may burn and make the mixture chunky.
