Combine the coconut oil, peanut butter, and honey in a small pot.

Quickly whisk in the collagen powder and then the coconut cream.

Portion into silicone molds and pop in the freezer for 2 hours.
Make sure to heat the ingredients on low and be patient. Otherwise, the peanut butter may burn and make the mixture chunky.
