Headache Relief Bath Bombs (DIY)

Use these DIY bath bombs for headaches to help relieve stress and reduce tension. This DIY bath bomb recipe uses all-natural ingredients and a specific blend of essential oils to get headache relief naturally.

Since most of our days are spent chasing little ones, working like a crazy person, or just generally running around, it's nice to relax with a bath and ease some tension at the end of the day- if you can!

These two essential oils both keep the homemade bath bombs simple but effective which is perfect for any DIY project.

One quick thing to note though is that I like to use a tiny bit of oil in my bombs. This makes my skin feel nice and silky when getting out of the bath

When it comes to coloring the bath bombs- it's optional! You can use anywhere from ⅛-1/2 teaspoon of mica powder 

Quick Tip

Another great way to ease tension is to use a face roller. I've been using one for a while and find that if I keep it in a cool place it really helps relieve a headache when I use it!
